This page explains how to remove data related to WANRAVAI's social media publishing feature.
What we retain
The access token remains only in your session while you use the feature. Uploaded or generated images are temporary and are normally deleted within one hour. We do not maintain a permanent database of personal information for this feature.
How to remove your data
- Disconnect on the site: select Disconnect in the publishing area.
- Revoke Facebook access: open Settings and privacy, Apps and Websites, find Wanravai Social Automation, and select Remove.
- Request deletion by email: write to support@wanravai.com, include your Instagram username, and we will respond within 30 days.
After these steps, WANRAVAI will no longer have a connection or token for your account. As this feature does not store your data permanently, removal is normally immediate.
